The Dobot Magician is the second generation model of this multipurpose tool. It is a high precision 4-axis robotic arm that is capable of grabbing, picking, drawing, writing, laser engraving, 3D printing, and more! It is ideal for both beginners and experts of coding or hardware, and can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. The Dobot Magician is very user-friendly, and thus appropriate for a number of different environments, including for entertainment at home, educational purposes in the classroom, and even for industrial uses as well!

The arm can be controlled through various different means; you can use your computer or smartphone, and it even responds to voice and motion commands. It features teaching tools and easily switchable arm components. The Dobot Magician also supports BMP, SVG and DXF ±0.2mm precision drawing, laying down perfect strokes. It can also utilize a laser function to engrave on either leather or wood surfaces.

The Dobot Magician features 13 extension ports, 1 programmable key, 2MB offline command storage, and endless possibilities for developers. With a visualized programing interface, even a beginner can learn the basics of coding; simply drag and drop various command functions, and you have your code!. It also supports major programing languages including C++, C#, Python, and Java.  API and pre-set modules are also integrated.
